Northwind Adds Healthcare Executive

 

INDIANAPOLIS – Northwind Pharmaceuticals has announced the hiring of Elizabeth “Betsy” Bigler, MSN, BS, RNC-OB as Vice President of Quality and Administration.

“Betsy is an exciting addition to our leadership team,” said CEO Phillip Berry. “Her strong leadership skills, deep clinical experience, and Lean process improvement expertise bring tremendous value to Northwind and to our clinic customers.”

Bigler joins Northwind from Community Health Network, where she served as Director of Maternity Services. A 2008 graduate from the Purdue School of Nursing, Bigler obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2013 and her Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification in 2016. Bigler joins Northwind full time after serving in a consulting role in which her extensive knowledge of leadership, accountability, safety, compliance, and operations has already brought significant improvement.
