Betsy Bigler, RN, MSN, is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Northwind Pharmaceuticals. With nursing degrees from Purdue University and the University of Indianapolis, she has served patients, customers, and those she leads through expanding clinical and leadership roles with two major health systems.
In her role as Northwind’s President/COO, Betsy’s passion for patient care manifests itself in her focus on process, efficiency, and quality improvements that achieve optimal health outcomes. She leverages her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to empower client clinics as the ‘nexus of care’ for progressive employers nationally.
An accomplished author and speaker, Betsy has published research in
Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic & Neonatal Nursing and speaks regularly at nursing conferences like
Nursing Management Congress as an expert in clinical process improvement. With her broad care delivery and operational experience, she relishes the opportunity to bridge her clinical expertise with the business requirements of employer clients.
